Privacy policy
What we collect
When you submit the quote form we collect the name, email, phone, company, project details, and location you provide. When you subscribe to the mailing list we collect your email address. In both cases we store a one-way hash of your IP address and your browser user agent to prevent abuse of the forms.
How we use it
Quote submissions are used to respond to your request and to manage the resulting project. Mailing list addresses are used to send occasional updates about capabilities, airspace changes, and project notes. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their own marketing.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored in a MongoDB database operated on our behalf. Access is limited to Drone Works, LLC personnel who need it to respond to your request.
Imagery captured on your site
Imagery and data captured during a paid engagement belong to the client under the terms of that engagement. We retain a working copy for 12 months for support and reprocessing unless the project is covered by an NDA that requires otherwise.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time using the link in any email. To request deletion of information you have submitted, email info@droneworks-la.com.
